Frustrated

Well I did not lose weight this week. I gained 0.4 lbs. I know that is not much, but I worked harder and ate better this week than I have since I started. I did not go over my points at all, and I did not eat my activity points. I did not eat my extra 35 weekly points. I got my milks, fruit and veggies in most of the week. I did better this week than any other week. I won our weekly activity point challange with 23 points. Two more points than the previous week. I am just going to have to kick in in gear. I do need to concentrate on my non scale victories. When I started WW, I was 246 pound and wore a size 24 jeans that were getting snug. Walking up the stairs, caused me to be short of breath.  Today I wear size 22. Some of them are looser as well.  I can now go up the stairs without becomming short of breath.  Another victory are my measurements.

One of the things that I really count as a victory this week is that I bought 3 pairs of exercise pants in XL that were not in the plus size. I was happy for that. I have not shopped in the regular department in years. 

I did work out today so I got some exercise in. Have a great day.

Motivation would help

Alot of you are familiar with Squiggly here and I know she talks about the challange we started for earning the most activity points weekly through weight watchers.  I am all set to go. I bought new shoes and even tapes to exercise with. Now all I need is motivation. I love the bracelet we chose and wish I did not have to give it up but All I want to do is sleep or relax. I have come so far in this journey. i have lost 26 pound so far with changing the way I eat and comofort myself. I try not to turn to food when I am upset. Although I have more pounds to lose,  I need to lose inches. I have lost 3 around my waist and I can now button jeans that I could not even get around my waist. The way to get the inches off is through exercise. I am going to have to get off my butt and just do it. I NEED to do it for me. I always feel better after I get done, it is just getting started that sucks.  I have done some this week. I have earned 4 activity points. Not bad.

I passed my Mini goal!!!!

My mini goal was 221 which was my 10% goal for WW. Today was weigh in day. I lost 3 lbs this week. Puts me at 220. I got a brass (I think) keychain from ww for meeting my goal. I was really happy. 26 lb loss since Oct 4th.  24 more pounds till I reach My Indy goal with my sis in law. I set my new goal at 200. I love WW. I do not feel like I am denying myself anything. I am even trying new foods. Now I gotta get my butt in gear for the exercise challange between my sis in law and me.  Hope everyone has a great day.
